Nei mesi scorsi, dopo un inseguimento durato circa diciotto anni, finalmente, ho raggiunto un obiettivo importante, riuscendo ad attivare il primo reparto autonomo (con posti letto) di Reumatologia presso un Ospedale pubblico della Campania. Per dare inizio alle attività del reparto ho cercato collaborazione presso alcuni giovani reumatologi, con risposte di enorme interesse nel caso di assunzione da parte dell’ente ospedaliero (quando questo sarà possibile con concorso), ma con mia enorme sorpresa, di tiepido disinteresse per l’istituzione di immediati rapporti di lavoro (a termine) come personale non strutturato (borse o convenzioni)...
