The spondyloarthritis (SpA) complex includes ankylosing spondylitis (AS), reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, arthritis related to inflammatory bowel disease and forms that do not meet established criteria for these definite categories which are designated as undifferentiated SpA.
